Lunchtime on opening day was busy for Chili’s at CocoWalk.”It’s a welcome addition to just having Cheesecake Factory here,” said Carlos Avila, making use of Chili’s-To-Go take-out hours after it opened Monday. Others happened upon the restaurant, thankful to have another eating option. ”We wanted to go someplace else, but it was closed,” Nusty Santiago said.The 6,400-square-foot restaurant, on top of Cheesecake Factory on the third level of the mall, has an open-air margarita bar and dining area overlooking the center of CocoWalk and Grand Avenue.
